Project Overview
Ashington Hill provided Quantity Surveying and commercial management services on behalf of the principal contractor for the refurbishment of a large student accommodation building located within a live university campus environment.
The project formed part of a wider estate improvement programme and involved the comprehensive refurbishment of an existing multi storey residential building to improve fire safety, building performance, occupant experience and long term asset value.
Working directly with the principal contractor, Ashington Hill provided commercial management support throughout the construction phase, assisting with cost control, change management, programme related commercial matters and final account administration.
